Darice has always been drawn to the health sciences and knew that she wanted to make a difference in the world through education. She pursued this passion by moving from Dallas to Austin, Texas, to earn her bachelor's degree in biology from St. Edward's University. During her time at St. Edward’s she was actively involved in volunteering for various non-profit organizations, including tutoring sciences to under-represented communities.

Prior to joining DaVinci Education, Darice worked as a Customer Service Representative and a Medical Scribe Manager where she discovered her true calling: connecting with clients and helping them achieve their goals. She is excited to continue her passion for client success with DaVinci, where she has the opportunity to directly benefit the staff of medical schools and the medical professionals of the future through the use of Leo. Darice is dedicated to making a difference and is thrilled to be part of a team that shares her values.

In her spare time, she likes to explore Austin by trying new restaurants, going on hikes, or attending festivals. She also enjoys baking delicious sweets, watching re-runs of her favorite shows, and spending time with her two adorable chihuahuas, Fifi and Puppy.
