Megan has always had a passion for making a difference and helping others. With over ten years of experience in the nonprofit industry, she is no stranger to providing
excellent customer service, finding creative solutions, and working as a team player to achieve shared outcomes. 

Throughout her time in college, Megan was an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, which led her to join the Milwaukee ReStore as Assistant Manager and eventually become Store Manager. During her time with Habitat for Humanity, she grew her passion for helping others and developed her excellent customer service and training skills. 

Ready to make a bigger impact on her community, Megan began her next chapter with United Way. Trading in hammers for spreadsheets, she joined the donation processing team, playing a critical infrastructure role where she developed a technical mindset, strong attention to detail, and analytical thinking.

As Client Success Specialist at DaVinci Education, Megan leads high-quality training sessions and provides expert support to help clients reach their highest potential with Leo’s innovative solutions. This role builds on all of her prior experiences in customer service and training, and Megan is excited to continue her passion by helping others find their success with Leo.

Megan currently lives just outside of Milwaukee, WI, where she enjoys gardening, working on a variety of home DIY projects, spending time with her husband and dog, and cozying up with a good vanilla latte.
