We take the time to learn how your program is structured, who fills which roles, and where you see the biggest challenges and opportunities. That helps us build an implementation and onboarding plan that’s personalized for your program, based on your needs, priorities and resources.
Our structured “train-the-trainer” approach develops local experts on your team who can support and educate your faculty and students. We also offer an online “Orientation to Leo” course that can help your students and faculty learn their way around Leo, either as a standalone resource or as a supplement to your own professional development resources.
We know you need a clear picture of how much time, energy and resources your onboarding process will take. We also know that one size definitely does not fit all when it comes to transitioning to a comprehensive platform like Leo. That’s why our onboarding timeline offers both structure and flexibility, personalized to your program.
To support onboarding Leo, we have developed an Orientation to Leo course that can be used to train students and faculty virtually or as a supplement to other orientation events. While the course was designed to be utilized in its entirety, the resources provided can also be implemented within an existing orientation program at your institution.
A unique support tool that brings together all of the materials that your implementation team will be working with during your onboarding process. Additionally, your personalized Hub also lets you review training webinars and documentation, schedule meetings, complete integration requests, review major Implementation milestones, and access the Helpdesk, User Guide and your Leo system, all from a single location.
DaVinci Education offers additional services including onsite training, consulting, and/or faculty development support. We will be glad to help you identify how investing in these additional services could help accelerate your implementation or otherwise serve your unique needs.
