We're so excited you'll be joining us for DaVinci Week! Our whole team is looking forward to connecting with you during presentations, panels, and Leo Lab sessions.
And don't forget about the Leo Community Showcase! We are really pumped about hearing from the Leo Community. Be sure to mark your calendar for Friday's event and bring your questions!
Logging in to DaVinci Week
We are using Leo to host the DaVinci Week experience! Expect to recieve your login credentials via email during the week prior to DaVinci Week. If you haven't received your login information by the end of the day on June 3 and you registered on or before June 1, please contact us. For those who registered after June 1, we'll try to provide your login information as soon as possible so that you can access Leo and all of the events taking place during DaVinci Week!
For returning attendees, go to learn.davinci-ed.com and use the credentials you logged in with last year at DaVinci Week. Your username should be your email address (this one). If you don't remember your password, just make at least one attempt. If you don't remember you can use the link to reset it. Just follow the instructions in the automated email. Your new password will need to be at least 8 characters and include both numbers and letters. If you have any issues, reach out to our support team.
If this is your first time attending DaVinci Week, go to learn.davinci-ed.com and use the credentials you should have received via email. Use your email address and the password provided via email to log in the first time. After your initial login, you'll be prompted to change your password. Your new password will need to be at least 8 characters and include both numbers and letters. If you ever encounter problems accessing DaVinci Learn, Leo will prompt you with a "forgotten password" link. This will allow you to reset your password if needed. If you continue to have problems, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Leo Looks Ahead

Join us on a journey through the latest in Leo features, functionality and new releases! This session will review and celebrate the accomplishments of the past year, provide insight into upcoming product priorities and ongoing projects, and share exciting announcements about new features and functionality scheduled to release at the conclusion of DaVinci Week.

Leo Lab: Faculty Development & Support
Mon | 6/6 | 2 pm ET
Learn how you can take advantage of tools in Leo to gain insight into the delivery of your curriculum and allow your faculty a place to keep track of see their own contribution to the curriculum. In this interactive Leo Lab, we'll also explore new resources that you can utilize for supporting faculty and staff as they begin to utilize Leo and take ownership of their instructional events.

Clinical Education Panel Discussion

Hear from leaders in the Leo Community about how they are taking advantage of tools in Leo to solve problems and gain insights into the clinical componenent of their clinical curriculum.

Leo Lab: Patient Encounter Tracking

Gain insight from the DaVinci Education team on ways to increase the value of Leo by attending the patient encounter tracking (PET) Lab. Learn how students and faculty can view and manage PET Records, reports, setup diagnoses, procedures, duty hours, utilize Themes to track performance and other best practices for getting the most out of the PET Module.

The Leo Gradebook

Leo Lab: Evaluation Management

Learn best practices for managing evaluations in Leo including utilizing on-demand evals, auto-approving evals and utilizing evaluations on the fly for standardized patient encounters (OSCEs) in clinical and pre-clinical settings.

Preparing for the Curriculum Inventory Report

Gain insight into the new changes to the Curriculum Inventory (CI) Report for the upcoming 2021-2022 season, as well as the new tools available in Leo to help you. Learn about best practices for preparing your report, including for DO and new schools who may be submitting for the first time. Hear tips and lessons learned from one of the first DO schools in the country to have submitted the CI report.

Leo Lab: New Mapping Functionality

In this Leo Lab session, we will be reviewing in depth the new functionality related to CI reporting, including how to track Instructional Methodology time. We will also be debuting the new Course Objectives and other related updates as part of the rollout for this new functionality.

Leo Community Showcase
Fri | 6/10 | 12 pm ET
Hear from other Leo users around the country as they present best practices, lessons learned, and tips and tricks for using Leo. Presentations will be short and sweet (7-8 minutes) and will relate to various Leo modules or focus on how Leo users are taking advantage of all the features Leo has to offer. We also have time set aside in the schedule for Q&A and to encourage discussion.
